AN INVITATION FROM RICHARD AND NAOMI ARMSTEAD
Building the Kingdom of God by teaching The Word of God!
Across the isolated barangays of Palawan and rural Luzon, hundreds of families remain cut off from essential preventative healthcare, clean water security, aA Message from Missionaries Richard and Naomi Armstead
Greetings, Destiny Church Family!
We are excited about what God is doing here in the Philippines and the opportunity for Destiny Church to partner with us in advancing His Kingdom.
Here in the mountain communities of Negros Oriental, there are dedicated pastors who are faithfully serving God, often with limited resources, training, and ministry support. These pastors have a heart for reaching their communities with the Gospel, strengthening their churches, and making disciples of Jesus Christ.
Your partnership can make a lasting difference!
During the November 15–25, 2026 exploratory mission, Pastor Womack and the team will have the opportunity to minister to more than 30 pastors, providing biblical teaching, church planting training, leadership development, and practical resources to help them build healthier, stronger churches.
Just as importantly, this visit will help us identify opportunities for a larger Destiny Church mission team to come in June or July 2027.
Our desire is not simply to host a mission trip, but to establish lasting relationships that equip local pastors, strengthen congregations, and expand the Kingdom of God throughout these mountain communities.
We invite you to be part of what God is doing through your prayers, your financial partnership, and your willingness to serve.
Together, we can encourage those who are already laboring in the harvest, equip them to reach more people for Christ, and help establish a foundation for ongoing ministry.
When we strengthen pastors, we strengthen churches. When we strengthen churches, we expand our capacity to reach communities for Christ.
We look forward to welcoming Pastor Womack and the team in November and prayerfully preparing for an even greater ministry opportunity in the summer of 2027.
In Christ's Service,
Richard and Naomi Armstead

EACH COMMITMENT COUNTS
Three Ways to Serve
A sustainable mission is never carried by goers alone. It relies on a three-fold bridge of intercessors, field workers, and resource providers. Each role carries equal honor in the story God is writing across the Philippine islands.
- Intercessory shield covering every outreach daily
- Direct physical presence alongside local community leaders
- Vital logistical and medical supply resourcing
“For as his share is that goeth down to the battle, so shall his share be that tarrieth by the stuff: they shall part alike.”
Intercession & Prayer
Stand in the gap through our weekly field updates. Intercessory partners receive confidential prayer prompts for community elders, clinic patients, and open doors across remote islands.
In-Person Attendance
Board the flight to serve on the front lines. Serve alongside local pastors, assist mobile dental and medical teams, and lead children's enrichment gatherings directly in village centers.
Financial Sponsorship
Resource the mission with emergency pharmaceutical kits, school supplies, water filtration gear, and domestic transit. Every allocation flows straight into community-managed project outcomes.
